Practical guide
Which week to choose
The rate varies threefold across the year, and the letting rules change in summer. Here is the full grid, and what sets each season apart.

The principle: we let by the week
The chalet is let for a minimum of seven nights, all year round. In July and August the rule tightens: letting is by whole weeks, Saturday to Saturday. This is not a commercial preference but the estate's changeover rhythm — it allows the chalet to be properly prepared between stays.
Outside those two months you choose your arrival day freely, provided you stay at least seven nights. A ten-night stay in September is perfectly possible; the booking calendar will tell you live.
The grid, season by season
The rates below are per week for the whole chalet, up to eight guests. They repeat identically each year; it is the same grid that feeds the calculator on the booking page, to the cent.
| Period | Weekly rate | Arrival |
|---|---|---|
| Off season1 January — 30 April | €700 | Any day |
| May1 May — 31 May | €850 | Any day |
| June1 June — 30 June | €1,200 | Any day |
| First week of July1 July — 7 July | €1,400 | Saturday, whole weeks |
| July8 July — 31 July | €1,600 | Saturday, whole weeks |
| Peak August1 August — 21 August | €1,800 | Saturday, whole weeks |
| Late August22 August — 31 August | €1,400 | Saturday, whole weeks |
| September1 September — 30 September | €1,200 | Any day |
| Off season1 October — 31 December | €700 | Any day |
Exception: in August 2027, arrival is on any day and stays need not be whole weeks — a seven-night minimum still applies.
What each period is worth
Peak August is the dearest week and the most sought-after. Everything is open, everything is lively, and you must book early: it is the first period to go. If you have school-age children and no alternative, secure your dates well ahead.
Late August is our best summer value: the rate drops appreciably, the Mediterranean is at its warmest, and the crowds thin from the third week. The same goes for the first week of July, cheaper than the rest of the month.
May, June and September are the periods we recommend when the calendar allows. The estate is running, the water park is open, the villages are pleasant, and you pay two to three times less than in August.
Off season, from October to April, the chalet drops to its floor rate. The water park is closed from November to March: come for the hiking, the markets and the quiet, not for swimming.
The Fun Pass, to add to the budget
It is not included in the rental rate because it does not come to us: it is paid at the estate reception on arrival. It is compulsory, it covers the tourist tax, and it is charged per week started and per accommodation — not per person.
- April
- €100
- May, June, September, October
- €70
- July, August
- €150
- November to March

The full budget, with no surprises
The quote shown on the booking page is not an estimate: it is the price. It adds the rental and the options you tick, and shows separately what is paid at the estate. Nothing is added afterwards.
- The weekly rental, per the grid above.
- End-of-stay cleaning, €120, if you want it — otherwise the chalet is returned cleaned.
- The complete baby equipment pack, €50 — travel cot and booster seat.
- The Riviera by boat with a skipper, €750 excluding fuel, four people maximum.
- €10 per day per pet, two pets maximum, under 10 kg each.
- The Fun Pass and the eco-contribution, paid at the estate reception.
- A €1,000 security deposit and a €120 cleaning deposit, both returned after the departure inspection.
- Wi-Fi, leisure equipment, the private parking space and the welcome hamper are complimentary: they appear nowhere on the quote.
Paying in one or several instalments
You choose your plan at payment time: a 50% deposit then the balance thirty days before arrival, or payment in three, four or six instalments thirty days apart. Only the first instalment goes through the payment window; the rest are charged automatically to the same card.
One rule never moves: the stay is paid in full before arrival, with the final instalment falling at least thirty days beforehand. That is why the longer plans grey themselves out when you book late — you simply need to book early enough to use them.
