The questions we are asked
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Arrival between 3 pm and 5 pm, departure between 8 am and 10 am. An appointment with the on-site host must be arranged 48 hours before you arrive.
- Can the chalet be booked by the night?
- No: the chalet is let by the week, with a seven-night minimum. Any night beyond a full week is charged pro rata to that period's weekly rate.
- How many people can the chalet sleep?
- Eight guests at most, across three bedrooms. This limit must be strictly observed for safety and insurance reasons. Subletting is not permitted and bookings are in the guest's name.
- What do I need to bring on arrival?
- Photo ID, proof of insurance and the registration of the one permitted vehicle. You leave a €1,000 security deposit and a €120 cleaning deposit, then sign the inventory, the condition report and the house rules. At the estate reception you pay the Fun Pass, which covers the tourist tax, and the eco-contribution.
- When are the deposits returned?
- At the check-out inspection, or within eight days at the latest. Any damage leads to the deposit being cashed and the full cost of repairs being charged.
- Is end-of-stay cleaning included?
- No. The chalet is returned fully cleaned and the inventory checked before you leave. If you would rather delegate, cleaning must be ordered and paid at booking. The disposable mattress and pillow covers provided are compulsory.
- What is not included in the rate?
- Wi-Fi and leisure equipment are complimentary. Bed and bath linen, the washer and dryer, the gas bottle for the barbecue and toiletries are available on request, outside the rental rate. The concierge will confirm terms at booking.
- Are pets welcome?
- Two pets at most, each under 10 kg, at €10 per day per animal and on presentation of the vaccination record. They must be kept on a lead and are not allowed in the bedrooms, on the beds or on the sofas. Guard and attack breeds are not permitted.
- Can I come with more than one car?
- One vehicle only is permitted in the residential quarter, its registration recorded on arrival. Visitors park at the estate's reception car park. The speed limit across the site is 10 km/h.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellation is accepted up to two months before check-in, with a refund. After that, no refund can be made.
- Is access to the water park included?
- Not entirely. The water park and kids' club open with the Fun Pass, compulsory and paid at the estate reception on arrival: €100 per week in April, €70 in May, June, September and October, €150 in July and August — per week per accommodation, tourist tax included. The sports courts, fitness room, dining and shops remain freely accessible. In the pools, only swimming costumes are allowed — no shorts or loose trunks.
- Is the chalet open all year?
- Yes. The reversible air conditioning heats the interior in winter and cools it in summer. Some of the estate's facilities, including the outdoor pools, follow a seasonal calendar.
