2026 edition · Chalet Prestige P523
You will be welcomed by the owners or by Ms Kaoutar Saber Taouzer, appointed for check-in, check-out and rental management. The chalet is prepared with care; we thank you for leaving it as you found it and for observing these rules.
Access and capacity
The residential quarter is reached on the left, along the sports courts, pétanque pitch and mini-golf — away from the estate's main entrance.
- Maximum capacity: 8 people, unless expressly authorised in writing.
- This limit must be strictly observed for safety and insurance reasons.
- Subletting is strictly prohibited; bookings are personal and cannot be transferred without the manager's agreement.
Arrival and formalities
Report to reception to complete your registration and pay the Fun Pass and the eco-contribution. The Fun Pass is compulsory: it grants access to the water park and kids' club, and covers the tourist tax. It is charged per week per accommodation.

Booking your slot

- No parking on the access roads.
- Visitors park at the reception car park; driving through the campsite is not permitted.
- Speed limited to 10 km/h across the site.
Prohibitions and neighbours
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Smoke inside the chalet or under the blinds.
- Hold parties.
- Light wood or charcoal fires.
- Cause any disturbance to neighbours.
- Move the chalet's furniture.
- Cover the radiators or switch them on from 15 April — the reversible air conditioning is enough to heat the interior.
Neighbourly quiet
Quiet must be observed for neighbours between 10 pm and 8 am.
Using the barbecue
- Barbecues are forbidden inside the chalet and on the covered terrace: outdoor use only.
- Only the barbecue provided may be used, on the table set aside for it.
- It must be returned fully cleaned and unplugged immediately after use.
- Gas barbecue: the bottle is at your expense, or charged extra if we source it.
- Open fires are strictly forbidden.
Handling the terrace blinds
- Cleaning is strictly forbidden, except with water and a microfibre cloth.
- Open carefully using the fastenings.
- Roll them up carefully, ideally with two people and from the inside for the entrance blind.
- Use the step ladder and hook them without forcing, to avoid tearing.
Child safety
Only adults may handle the blinds. Children must not use the step ladder: there is a risk of falling over the cladding.
Damage and eco-responsibility
- Any damage or breakage leads to the deposit being cashed immediately and the full cost of repairs being charged, from crockery to flooring or blinds.
- An eco-responsible attitude is appreciated. Too large a gap between arrival and departure meter readings gives rise to an additional charge.
Pets

- Supplement

- Document required
- Vaccination record
- Pets must be kept on a lead across the site.

Guard and attack breeds are strictly forbidden.
Liability and children
- Children remain entirely the responsibility of their parents and must be supervised at all times.
- No liability can be accepted for falls inside the chalet or outdoors: terraces, bunk beds, garden.
- No liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, in the chalet or on the estate.
Departure, cleaning and inventory
The chalet must be fully cleaned and the inventory checked before you leave. Checklist:

Cancellation, keys and sundries
- Cancellation is accepted up to 2 months before check-in for a refund; after that, no refund is made.
- Lost keys: a new lock and keys will be charged to you.
- The tenant remains responsible for the property and should report anyone suspicious.
In case of breach
Any breach of these rules leads to immediate exclusion, with no refund of sums paid for the stay.
